Terms of Service

Welcome to Velocity. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velocity website, applications, and workflow automation services (together, the "Service"), operated by Velocity ( "we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Definitions
"Account" means the account you create to access the Service.
"Workflow" means any automation, trigger, action, or sequence you build or run using the Service.
"User Content" means any data, files, credentials, or information you submit, store, or transmit through the Service.
"Third-Party Service" means any external application or platform you connect to Velocity through an integration.
"Subscription" means a paid plan that grants access to the Service for a recurring period.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Velocity, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately at support@velocity.framer.website. if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating an Account and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Build or run Workflows that violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or transmit unsolicited communications.
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or
terminate Accounts that violate this section.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Plans. Access to paid features requires an active Subscription. Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our pricing page.
Billing. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until you cancel.
Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give you reasonable advance notice of any price change, which will take effect at your next renewal.
Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or government charges.
Free Trials
We may offer free trials at our discretion. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the applicable Subscription automatically. We may modify or withdraw free trial offers at any time.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features.
User Content and Data
Ownership. You retain all rights to your User Content. We do not claim ownership of the data you submit to the Service.
License to us. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it within the Service.
Security. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Integrations
The Service lets you connect to Third-Party Services. Your use of any Third-Party Service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any Third-Party Service. Connecting a Third-Party Service authorizes Velocity to exchange data with it as needed to run your Workflows.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and all related content, is owned by [Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it as permitted here.
"Velocity" and our logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Privacy

Service Availability and Modifications

Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability
